The cyclists were out in full force today along the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway and elsewhere in the city, despite the stubbornly single-digit (°C) temperatures. My wife and I were just crossing the Parkway on our way back from a muddy walk along the waterfront when this paceline of anonymous riders whizzed by.
