Today was Mother’s Day, and that meant the kids did a little pampering and cooking for Mom.
Olivia knew that Danielle liked “cake pops” that she’d occasionally buy at Starbucks, so she dedicated a good chunk of Saturday afternoon to reproduce them for her. Dipped in 70% Tanzanian dark chocolate, they were a hit after Sunday dinner.
Not for the faint of heart, I think it’s only reasonable to eat one or two, lest a diabetic coma kick in. I limited myself to one.
