I cannot believe that I waited so long to try this out… a few minutes before the pizza is ready, crack an egg into its center and close the oven door/BBQ lid. Wait until the whites have set, and you’re good to go.
Oh. My. God. It’s so incredibly delicious to take a chunk of crust and dip it into the yolk. Or let the yolk ooze all over the cheese and pepperoni and make a good old fashioned mess, waiting to be mopped up with the crust. Either way: mmm 😋
