Didn’t get out to shoot today, so I had to made do with what was cooking. Tonight’s delight: spicy beef kebabs on the grill.
Based on the cleverly titled “Spiced ground meat skewers” recipe from The New York Times, I’ve made these a few times this summer and plan on making them again. They’re so good, especially served with a generous dollop of tzatziki and fresh grilled flatbread (or store-bought naan in a pinch).
If I can’t go eat in an eastern bazaar, I can at least bring the flavours and scents of the bazaar home.
