The noodle maker at Le Mien Craft Noodle in Ottawa’s ByWard Market always puts on a great show and like a true master, makes his craft look easy.
His noodle-making station is right there in the storefront window on William St. and he always attracts onlookers, especially on a gorgeous sunny day like today. I love watching him in the fall and winter; the low sun just puts him and his workstation in the spotlight.
