Seing double this week… the theme was “pairs” and I thought it would be fun to stick to it as much as I could.
The theme this week in the 365 group was “Ant’s Eye View”—that is, shots taken from waaay down low, from the perspective of an ant. I managed to make a few of those this week but got distracted…
I really enjoyed this week’s theme in our 365 project: monochrome. I’ve always had a soft spot for black and white imagery, so this week was a lot of fun for me.
Finally, spring has sprung around here. It took a while, but things warmed up enough for all the trees to bud and bloom, the tulips to open up, the grass to grow and for everything to feel decidedly summery. Time to break out the rosé and the cold brew!

The end of April is always a mixed bag. The weather in Ottawa teases spring, but is really just toying with us. It snowed earlier in the week, but by week’s end we were dining al fresco and drying laundry on the clothesline.
