Didn't really get out today and as I was preparing supper, I realised I hadn't made my photo of the day. So here you go - four burger patties ready for the grill and some sliced tomatoes. With luck tomorrow will be a more creative day.

Nothing could be easier, and the flavours are intense.
Over the past three months, all this confinement has led to lots of baking. Baking means cookies (in this house, anyhow). We’re all trying hard to make sure that COVID-19 isn’t like the “freshman 15.”
