Summertime, and the living is easy.
Taylor Creek has been the photographic gift that keeps on giving for me in 2021. It makes for a great little afternoon getaway from home between Teams calls and there’s always something to see.
Of course, the downpour ended 10 minutes after the chicken went into the oven. It’ll still be good, but nothing beats a spatchcocked chicken on the grill.
Safety shot. The low winter sun comes straight through the living room window around 10 in the morning. Spotted this glass left over from last night with the sun striking it just so. Done & dusted.
The days are getting longer. The sun is higher in the sky, shining a little warmer each day.
Nature’s circadian rhythm waxes and wanes, temperatures rise and fall, water molecules ebb and flow.
Winter is starting to release its icy grip. Hallelujah.
It’s snowing outside right now. I can’t bear to post anything snowy, white, gray or dreary today, so I’m digging into my archives for something decidedly more summer-like and colourful.
